Job Description

Job Title: Key Account Manager Apple Sales

Location: Hyderabad

Department: Sales

Budget: 5Lpa

Experience: 3-5years

Job Overview:

As a Key Account Manager for Apple Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth,

managing key accounts, and ensuring the successful promotion and sale of Apple products within

your designated market or territory. You will work closely with retail partners, resellers, and other

strategic stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities, strengthen relationships, and align with

Apple's brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, including resellers,

retailers, and enterprise clients, ensuring that they are aligned with Apple's business

objectives.

Sales Growth:

Identify and drive sales opportunities within key accounts, collaborating with sales teams to

create tailored strategies for growing Apple's market share and revenue in the designated

territory.

Product Promotion:

Lead promotional activities for Apple products, ensuring that marketing and sales initiatives

are executed effectively, and in line with Apple's brand guidelines.

Forecasting & Reporting:

Analyze sales data and market trends to provide accurate forecasts for key accounts. Report

on progress toward sales targets and present solutions to address gaps or challenges.

Customer Support & Relationship Building:

Provide exceptional support to key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for product

inquiries, issue resolution, and escalation management.

Training & Development:

Ensure that account teams and partner sales teams are knowledgeable about Apple products

and services by coordinating training sessions, product demonstrations, and sales

enablement programs.

Market Intelligence:

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Use this

information to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, product development, operations,

etc.) to ensure alignment and achieve sales objectives.

Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with key accounts to maximize sales while

maintaining a profitable relationship.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably

within the IT industry. Experience working with Apple products or in a similar technology

driven environment is highly preferred.

Skills:

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

In-depth knowledge of Apple products and services

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast and analyze data

Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Other Requirements:

Ability to travel as required

Knowledge of the Apple ecosystem and customer base is highly advantageous
