About the job:

Role: Key Account Manager

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (HO)

Department: Sales

Qualification: Engineering and MBA (Preferred)

Experience: 4+ years in business development for safety equipments

Note: We are looking for candidate working in Safety Equipments segment only

Purpose:

To achieve planned sales revenue in assigned market segments by developing and managing key accounts, driving portfolio sales, and enabling channel partners for Dräger Safety products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key accounts through direct engagement and channel partners (SCPs).
  • Drive demand generation, conduct site surveys, and expand share of wallet with customers.
  • Execute portfolio sales plans, product presentations, demonstrations, and opportunity evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with channel partners through joint sales calls, reviews, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure effective CRM usage, pipeline management, and achievement of sales and GGP targets.
  • Support cross-functional teams, provide market insights, manage receivables, and adhere to company sales processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in sales/project sales and channel partner development within the assigned territory.

  • Strong initiative, leadership, and self-motivation
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Technical and commercial sales competence

Candidate Profile

  • Education: BE/BTech; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 2–6 years in sales, business development, or technical support (preferably industrial safety/technical products).
