Role – Key Account Manager (Q-Commerce)

Location – Mumbai

Reporting to – Founding Team

Now, we're building the next phase of growth- and Q-commerce is at the center of it.

Role Overview

We're looking for a high-ownership Key Account Manager (Q-Commerce) to drive growth across quick-commerce platforms and build scalable systems behind category success at THF.

This role requires someone who can move fast, think commercially, and execute relentlessly — from daily sales tracking to winning visibility, availability, and growth across platforms.

Ideal for candidates who have worked in fast-moving FMCG / startup / e-commerce environments and are excited to build and scale in a high-speed setup.

Key Responsibilities

● Own end-to-end category performance across q-commerce platforms

● Track sales, availability, fill rates, stock-outs, margins, discounts & visibility daily

● Work closely with platform category teams and drive actions proactively

● Ensure flawless execution of launches, pricing, promotions & campaigns

● Monitor KPIs multiple times a day and take immediate corrective actions

● Identify city-wise and SKU-wise growth opportunities and close gaps fast

● Coordinate with supply chain, planning & ops for right stock in right locations

● Push continuous growth mindset — sell at least 1 unit more than yesterday

● Build reporting rhythms, dashboards, and systems for scale

Ideal Profile

● 4–6 years in Category / Key Accounts / Growth / Q-Commerce

● Strong analytical mindset with hands-on Excel and data tracking skills

● Experience with Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto is a strong advantage

● Commercial understanding of pricing, margins, promotions & assortment

● Strong ownership and execution mindset

● Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

● Ability to solve problems quickly and independently

● Founder mindset — treat the business like your own
