Job Description

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for premium property owners and major clients.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with key property owners.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain trust and retention.

2. Portfolio Management

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value properties and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor property performance, occupancy, maintenance, and tenant-related matters.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, maintenance, tenant relations, finance) for timely service delivery.
  • Ensure all portfolios under management meet quality and operational standards.

3. Revenue & Business Growth

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services (maintenance, upgrades, tenant support, etc.).
  • Achieve retention and renewal targets for key accounts.
  • Analyze revenue trends, rental income, and profitability for each client.
  • Support the onboarding of new premium properties into the management system.

4. Communication & Coordination

  • Collaborate with field teams, leasing teams, and operations for seamless client service.
  • Share client expectations and insights with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery.
  • Ensure timely completion of property inspections, maintenance requests, move-ins/move-outs, and documentation.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports for key clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and service requests.
  • Track KPIs such as occupancy rate, tenant satisfaction, and property performance.

6. Issue Resolution & Escalation Handling

  • Address client concerns related to property upkeep, tenant issues, or rental payments.
  • Provide proactive solutions before issues escalate.
  • Negotiate and manage conflict between tenants and property owners when required.

7. Strategic Planning

  • Understand client goals and customize property management strategies accordingly.
  • Provide insights on market trends, rental pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Work closely with management to align account strategies with overall company goals.

8. Compliance & Process Management

  • Ensure proper documentation, agreements, renewals, and compliance procedures are followed.
  • Oversee timely rent collections, deposit reconciliations, and approvals.

9. Customer Retention

  • Conduct periodic review meetings to discuss performance, concerns, and upcoming plans.
  • Improve client satisfaction to reduce churn and improve retention rates.
