About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven strong Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts across Delhi NCR. This role involves driving demand expansion, managing GT & MT channels, leading price negotiations, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. You will play a critical role in strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with demand trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels
- Drive client demand expansion and identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Lead price negotiations (buying and selling) to ensure optimal margins
- Drive cross-selling and upselling of new product assortments
- Manage end-to-end order lifecycle including PO and SO generation
- Identify and onboard new clients through lead generation and business development efforts
- Track market trends, demand patterns, and GTM strategies to inform business decisions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships
Who You Are:
- 710 years of experience in FMCG sales with exposure to both GT & MT channels
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Experience in Fresh Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) or Food FMCG industry is mandatory
- Strong negotiation, account management, and business development skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, demand generation, and customer behavior
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region (4050%)
