Role Summary
Innovision Limited is hiring a Key Account Manager to manage key client accounts, ensure high-quality service delivery, drive contract renewals, and coordinate with internal teams across Security, Facility Management, and Manpower Outsourcing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong client relationships with 90%+ satisfaction.
- Resolve escalations within 48 hours.
- Conduct regular meetings and feedback reviews.
- Contract Renewal & Retention
- Achieve 95%+ contract renewal rate.
- Maintain quarterly client retention of 90%.
- Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Service Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Ensure 95%+ SLA compliance at client sites.
- Monitor manpower performance and conduct regular audits.
- Maintain client satisfaction score of 8+/10.
- MIS & Reporting
- Submit timely weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with Ops, Payroll, Recruitment & Compliance teams.
- Manpower Performance Monitoring
- Ensure 95%+ manpower availability and attendance.
- Track attrition, absenteeism, and deployment gaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in KAM, preferably in Security/FM/Manpower Outsourcing.
- Strong knowledge of SLAs, service metrics & compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & MS Excel skills.
