Role Summary

Innovision Limited is hiring a Key Account Manager to manage key client accounts, ensure high-quality service delivery, drive contract renewals, and coordinate with internal teams across Security, Facility Management, and Manpower Outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong client relationships with 90%+ satisfaction.
  • Resolve escalations within 48 hours.
  • Conduct regular meetings and feedback reviews.
  • Contract Renewal & Retention
  • Achieve 95%+ contract renewal rate.
  • Maintain quarterly client retention of 90%.
  • Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Service Delivery & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure 95%+ SLA compliance at client sites.
  • Monitor manpower performance and conduct regular audits.
  • Maintain client satisfaction score of 8+/10.
  • MIS & Reporting
  • Submit timely weekly/monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with Ops, Payroll, Recruitment & Compliance teams.
  • Manpower Performance Monitoring
  • Ensure 95%+ manpower availability and attendance.
  • Track attrition, absenteeism, and deployment gaps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in KAM, preferably in Security/FM/Manpower Outsourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of SLAs, service metrics & compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & MS Excel skills.
