Key Account Manager

Its offerings extend to both domestic and international clients, supporting chargeback services, SaaS, and cross-merchant collaborations.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient execution, manage cross-department collaborations, and implement operational strategies to meet business goals. Responsibilities include monitoring process workflows, identifying areas for optimization, ensuring compliance with company standards, and collaborating with team leads to address challenges and improve service delivery. Additionally, the role involves contributing to process automation and maintaining high operational quality standards.

• Operational expertise in process workflow design, process optimization, and cross-department collaboration.
• Experience in compliance management, quality assurance, and service delivery improvements.
• Proficiency in team management, problem-solving, and driving team alignment with organizational goals.
• Understanding of payment technology, financial systems, or experience with POS integrations, UPI, and SaaS solutions is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial trends, client management, and international service delivery is desirable.
