About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager OEM to manage and grow key customer accounts while ensuring seamless execution across the complete order lifecycle from enquiry to dispatch, including returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage OEM accounts and act as the primary point of contact
- Handle complete order lifecycle: enquiry quotation order production dispatch
- Track orders, follow up on approvals, samples, and dispatch timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams: Costing, PPC, Design, Purchase, Production, Quality & Dispatch
- Ensure timely execution and resolve delays through proactive follow-ups
- Maintain MIS for enquiries, orders, dispatch, and payments
- Communicate order status, handle queries, and build strong customer relationships
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, documentation, and process discipline
What We're Looking For
- 47 years of experience in OEM account management / manufacturing coordination
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and order execution
- Techno-commercial knowledge of electrical / industrial products
- Hands-on experience with MIS reporting and MS Excel
- Strong communication, coordination, and ownership mindset
