Hiring for Deputy Manager - Key Accounts for leading D2C Company ( Beauty/Personal Care/Grooming)

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Responsible for the primary sales for MT retail accounts.
● Co-ordination for the P.O billing and collaboration with logistics and other functions in ensuring we provide best in class customer service to key accounts and that all customers are achieved, on time and with 100% fill rate.
● Lead, design and implement sales and marketing strategies specific to the region for the key accounts to drive revenue,volume and margin growth and also to win market share.
● Maintaining the commercial hygiene, with close coordination between, internal finance team and customer finance team and aligning the required details for the closure.
● Lead regular business reviews with the customers to review performance, propose initiatives to drive volume and profitability, in order to align a win-win situation for both the parties.
● Ownership of customer metric and analysis, including market scan, agreement/TOT compliance, fill rates etc.
● Ensuring activations/promotions/visibility investment for basket penetration and increasing average order size, in alignmentwith the marketing team.
● Analyzing business/sales plan, promo and visibility efficacy, and corrective actions.
