WE'RE HIRING | KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (KAM) – STRUCTURAL HEART

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) with strong experience in the Structural Heart / Interventional Cardiology segment to join our growing team.

Location:Gurugram / Delhi / Chennai / Hyderabad / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key accounts within the Structural Heart segment

• Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists, KOLs, hospitals, and healthcare stakeholders

• Drive business growth and product adoption across assigned accounts

• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the Structural Heart customer base

• Support product launches, physician engagement programs, workshops, and conferences

• Work closely with clinical and marketing teams to ensure effective product adoption

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and service

• Maintain regular reporting on account performance, sales pipeline, and market opportunities

Candidate Profile

8–12+ years of experience in Medical Devices / MedTech

Strong experience in Structural Heart is highly preferred

Experience in TAVI/TAVR / Transcatheter Heart Valves will be an advantage

Strong network among Interventional Cardiologists and key hospitals

Proven experience in key account management and business development

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills

Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories
