Job Title: Key Account Manager – Marketplaces (Amazon + Flipkart + Amazon USA)

Gurgaon | 15–20 LPA | Beauty D2C Brand

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketplace Lead from a Beauty D2C background to drive end-to-end growth across Amazon India, Flipkart, and Amazon USA. This role will own the P&L, scale marketplace performance, and build strong platform partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own revenue, P&L, and growth strategy across marketplaces
  • Drive the organic + performance marketing flywheel
  • Manage relationships with category teams & platform stakeholders
  • Execute Joint Business Plans (JBP)
  • Lead assortment, pricing & listing optimization
  • Scale ads, deals & promotions with ROI focus
  • Analyze GMV, conversion & margins
  • Ensure inventory planning & operational efficiency
  • Handle returns, penalties & escalations
  • Expand into Amazon USA marketplace

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–4 years experience in Beauty D2C marketplace role (mandatory)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon & Flipkart
  • Exposure to Amazon USA/global markets is a plus
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing + organic growth
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue & managing P&L
