Job Title: Key Account Manager – Marketplaces (Amazon + Flipkart + Amazon USA)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketplace Lead from a Beauty D2C background to drive end-to-end growth across Amazon India, Flipkart, and Amazon USA. This role will own the P&L, scale marketplace performance, and build strong platform partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue, P&L, and growth strategy across marketplaces
- Drive the organic + performance marketing flywheel
- Manage relationships with category teams & platform stakeholders
- Execute Joint Business Plans (JBP)
- Lead assortment, pricing & listing optimization
- Scale ads, deals & promotions with ROI focus
- Analyze GMV, conversion & margins
- Ensure inventory planning & operational efficiency
- Handle returns, penalties & escalations
- Expand into Amazon USA marketplace
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–4 years experience in Beauty D2C marketplace role (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon & Flipkart
- Exposure to Amazon USA/global markets is a plus
- Strong understanding of performance marketing + organic growth
- Proven track record of scaling revenue & managing P&L
