Location: Mumbai Andheri East, MIDC

Experience: 5+ years (Mandatory: Beauty marketplace experience)

Role Overview

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end revenue, growth, and execution across Foxtale's key beauty marketplace partnersNykaa, Tira, etc, and other emerging platforms. This role requires deep category knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and hands-on experience managing relationships and business operations on large beauty marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Ownership & Revenue Growth
  • Own the P&L for Nykaa, Tira, and other beauty marketplaces.
  • Build annual/quarterly sales plans and deliver revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities through assortment expansion, pricing strategies, and demand planning.
2. Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for category teams, vendor managers, and platform stakeholders.
  • Lead joint business planning, negotiate terms, and drive platform-led marketing collaborations.
3. Marketplace Operations
  • Oversee listing creation, catalog hygiene, inventory planning, and order fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with internal supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure operational KPIsOTIF, return rates, fill ratesare consistently met.
4. Marketing & Visibility Execution
  • Plan and execute platform promotions, visibility campaigns, and new product launches.
  • Collaborate with internal brand & performance teams to optimize sponsored ads, SEO, and merchandising.
  • Track ROI and optimize spends across AMS / CPP / display ads.
5. Data & Analytics
  • Analyze sales performance, category trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards with actionable insights.
  • Utilize marketplace analytics tools to improve traffic, conversions, and repeat rates.

Mandatory Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing marketplaces, preferably in beauty/personal care.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Nykaa / Tira (must have managed them directly).
  • Proven track record of revenue growth, relationship management, and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and marketplace dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
