Role Overview

The Account Manager is a client-facing, quota-carrying role responsible for managing and growing enterprise accounts. The role focuses on revenue growth, service expansion, and customer retention by owning the full customer lifecycle and ensuring a strong after-sales experience in collaboration with Operations and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Own revenue and quota targets for assigned key accounts

Identify opportunities for lane expansion, volume growth, and value-added services

Act as the single point of contact for customers across commercial and service matters

Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, and renewals

Work closely with Operations to ensure SLA adherence, issue resolution, and service quality

Partner with Finance on pricing, margins, billing, and collections

Conduct regular business reviews and escalation management

Maintain accurate Platform Updates, CRM, pipeline, and revenue forecasts

KPIs

Revenue and margin achievement

Account growth and retention

SLA performance and customer satisfaction

Forecast accuracy

Requirements

48 years of experience in B2B sales or account management preferred

Proven quota-carrying, client-facing experience

Strong understanding of logistics operations and customer lifecycle

Enterprise relationship management

Commercial and margin understanding

Cross-functional coordination

Structured communication and ownership mindset
