Role Overview:

Total Ingredients is looking for a driven Key Account Manager to support and expand our US market operations. This is an individual contributor role focused on outbound B2B sales, customer acquisition, and account growth through consultative selling. The role requires working closely with US-based buyers during night shift hours from our Bangalore office

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound prospecting calls to US buyers and procurement teams
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers responsible for ingredient purchasing
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines using CRM tools (calls, emails, Teams)
  • Acquire new customers and increase wallet share from existing accounts
  • Build and maintain a strong book of business through consistent engagement
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in B2B outbound sales, prospecting, negotiation, and closing
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience with US calling or international sales is a plus
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: Based on experience and skill set
  • Incentives:
  • 2,500 for each new customer onboarded
  • Up to 1.75% of invoice value per PO
  • Average invoice value: USD 5,500
