About the Company

Casantro is the premium kitchens and wardrobes brand from Livspace, focused on delivering high-quality modular interior solutions through strong partnerships with builders, architects, interior designers, and channel associates.

Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.

Location: Bangalore – HRBR Layout| JP Nagar

Experience: 8–12 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager with 8–12 years of experience in interior sales, B2B/B2C sales, or the home interiors industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and channel partners across Bangalore to drive business growth for Casantro. The ideal candidate should possess excellent relationship management skills, strong sales acumen, and willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore for client meetings and business development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, and channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits and networking.
  • Conduct regular meetings with prospective and existing clients across Bangalore.
  • Promote Casantro's modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and client visit reports.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term account management.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in Interior Sales, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Modular Furniture, Building Materials, or Home Interior Industry.
  • Prior experience interacting with builders, architects, or interior designers is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore for client meetings.
  • Good presentation and stakeholder management skills.
