Job Summary

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned Protect and Grow accounts. The role focuses on ensuring high customer satisfaction while driving sustainable and profitable business growth within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive profitable growth across Protect and Grow segments by improving customer portfolio turnover and profitability.
  • Manage contract renewals, pricing revisions, and all contractual activities for assigned accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Service teams to deliver enhanced value.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and solutioning.
  • Minimize customer churn by delivering best-in-class service and effective account management practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 7–9 years in Account Management / Key Account Management roles.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and managing key client relationships successfully.
  • Strong experience in utilizing and analysing customer data, including retention, customer satisfaction, and sales efficiency metrics.
  • Proficient in using customer analytics and digital tools/CRM systems to derive insights and improve account performance.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities, anticipating client requirements, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Good understanding of market segments and industry dynamics.
