Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Chandigarh. The Key Account Manager will oversee and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure service satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling services, resolving client issues promptly, and aligning with internal teams to meet customer needs. The role also involves monitoring account performance metrics and generating regular reports to support decision-making processes.

  • Strong relationship-building, client management, and negotiation skills to maintain and expand key accounts.
  • Strategic planning abilities and a results-oriented approach to identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
  • Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution to address client concerns effectively.
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities to monitor account performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Prior experience in account management or a related client-facing role, ideally within the education, technology, or consultancy sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
