As Key Accounts Leader, you'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract negotiation and close, to drive adoption and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

Territory Planning & Execution

Define and execute a targeted account plan for your assigned U.S. territory, focusing on Health Systems, ACOs, CINs, as well as specialty healthcare provider organizations.

Full-Cycle Sales

Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.

Pipeline Development

Proactively identify and engage new prospects through research, outreach campaigns, warm introductions, and cold calling.

Solution Positioning

Articulate the value of our AI RCM platform - its impact on revenue capture, denials reduction, and operational efficiencyto C-level and executive-level stakeholders (e.g., CFO, VP Revenue Cycle, CIO).

Forecasting & Reporting

Maintain accurate sales forecasts in CRM; report on pipeline health, deal progress, and key metrics at weekly and monthly sales reviews.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with pre-sales engineers, implementation teams, and customer success to ensure seamless demos, proof-of-concepts, and smooth handoffs post-sale.

What You Bring

Proven Sales Track Record

5+ years experience selling enterprise software or SaaS into U.S. healthcare organizations, with demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals end to end.

Domain Expertise

Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, reimbursement models, and RCM technology trends, including AI-driven automation.

Territory Management

Experience building and executing territory plans that consistently hit or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Strong Communication & Presentation Skills

Exceptional verbal and written skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and leading solution workshops.

Solution Selling & Negotiation

Skilled at consultative selling, crafting compelling business cases, and negotiating contracts to a successful close.

Self-Starter & Team Player

Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, while collaborating effectively across global teams.

What We Offer

Competitive salary and performance-based incentives

Comprehensive health insurance for you and your family

Generous leave policy, including parental and sabbatical options

Flexible work environment with hybrid and remote options
