Designation - Key Account Manager (Affiliate Marketing)
Location- Noida
We are hiring a Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and scale company's affiliate partner ecosystem. This role will work with two distinct sets of influencers:
1. Top Influencers Relationship Management
2. Mid-Tier Influencers Traffic Growth & Performance Scaling
Serve as the primary point of contact for top creators and premium affiliate partners.
Maintain strong relationships, understand their goals, and create personalized growth plans.
Conduct workshops, webinars, or training for mid-tier groups.
Track traffic, clicks, leads, and conversions to improve performance month-on-month.
Create and execute category-specific, seasonal, and performance-driven campaigns for both influencer segments.
Maintain dashboards for influencer performance across both segments.
Analyze leads, conversions, traffic quality, and ROI
Skills & Experience Required
3+ years experience in affiliate/influencer marketing, creator management
Proven ability to manage creator relationships and drive performance
Good understanding of digital metrics
Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills
