Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager - Infosys Finnacle based in Bangalore.

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for Infosys Finacle, driving all sales engagement, coordination, and relationship growth.
  2. Build and execute detailed account plans aligned to revenue targets and growth objectives.
  3. Spot, qualify, and expand opportunities across the Infosys Finacle ecosystem for Inspirisys Banking division, including application services, digital solutions, and platform-led offerings.
  4. Identify and create new pathways for collaboration across existing lines of business and emerging Finacle programs.
  5. Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and stakeholder engagement to proposal orchestration, negotiation, and closure.

Qualifications

  1. Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred.
  2. 5-6 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, including at least 3 years in the Banking Technology space (core banking solutions, digital channels, application services, or related areas).
  3. Existing connects within Infosys Finacle and familiarity with its ecosystem, delivery structure, and partner engagement model.

4.       Demonstrated track record of individual quota achievement and account expansion.

5.       Good Familiarity of  Indian banking landscape and evolving digital banking technologies.
