Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving account expansion, ensuring customer success, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Growth: Own and manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
- Develop account plans and expansion strategies
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with CXOs, Sales Heads, and decision-makers
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on sales automation best practices
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Revenue Ownership: Achieve and exceed revenue targets for assigned accounts
- Identify new business opportunities within existing clients
- Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams
- Align client needs with product capabilities and roadmap
- Customer Success & Adoption: Drive product adoption and usage within accounts
- Monitor key metrics and ensure clients derive maximum value
- Strategic Insights: Gather market and customer feedback to influence product improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management (preferably in SaaS, CRM, or sales automation platforms)
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong experience in upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to engage with senior leadership (CXO-level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
