Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM)

Location: Remote

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving account expansion, ensuring customer success, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Growth: Own and manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
  • Develop account plans and expansion strategies
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with CXOs, Sales Heads, and decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on sales automation best practices
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Revenue Ownership: Achieve and exceed revenue targets for assigned accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing clients
  • Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams
  • Align client needs with product capabilities and roadmap
  • Customer Success & Adoption: Drive product adoption and usage within accounts
  • Monitor key metrics and ensure clients derive maximum value
  • Strategic Insights: Gather market and customer feedback to influence product improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management (preferably in SaaS, CRM, or sales automation platforms)
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong experience in upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to engage with senior leadership (CXO-level)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
