Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager owns Gamlaa's strategic corporate relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and account growth for indoor landscaping solutions across offices, F&B, retail, and real estate portfolios. The KAM acts as the senior client contact, designs account plans that align Gamlaa's services (design, installation, maintenance, biophilic consulting and plant rental) with client workplace and brand goals, and coordinates delivery across operations, horticulture, design, and finance teams.
