Primary Responsibilities:
To manage and grow relationships with strategic clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention,
and revenue growth through tailored solutions and proactive account management.
Key Responsibilities –
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling products/services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Resolve client issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
Educational qualifications preferred:
• B.Tech or B.E. in any field with MBA
Experience : 5 to 12 yrs of experience (minimum 5 years in KAM)
Required Skills:
-Proven track record of managing large/strategic accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging
stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective team collaboration and leadership potential, fostering cross-functional cooperation.
- Solid commercial acumen, with the ability to translate business insights into actionable growth
strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare client-focused strategies.
- Strong chemistry know-how, enabling deep understanding of product applications, technical
specifications, and industry standards to support client solutions
