Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage corporate client relationships, ensure seamless service delivery, and drive customer satisfaction within workplace dining and cafeteria solutions environments.

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement.

• Manage client queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational excellence.

• Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.

• Conduct regular client reviews and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Identify opportunities for account growth and business expansion within existing accounts.

• Drive client retention through proactive relationship management.

Desired profiles:

• Graduate with experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, Customer Success, or Relationship Management.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in Corporate Food Services, Workplace Dining Solutions, Cafeteria Management, Hospitality, Aviation, or Facility Management preferred.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Hotel/Hospitality/ in Business
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
