Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performance Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic hiring partnerships, driving revenue through repeat business, and ensuring consistent placement success across multiple roles
.This is a target-driven, revenue-impacting role requiring strong stakeholder management, negotiation abilities, account growth strategy, and the ability to build long-term, high-value relationships with partner companies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Management & Revenue Growth
- Own and manage key hiring partner accounts across startups, GCCs, enterprises, and staffing firms.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and multi-role hiring partnerships.
- Ensure consistent repeat business by delivering high-quality outcomes and building strong trust.
- Forecast account potential, track performance, and build quarterly revenue plans.
2. Requirement Handling & Conversions
- Understand hiring pipelines, role expectations, and skill needs from partner companies
- Ensure continuous supply-demand alignment by coordinating with internal talent teams.
- Maximize placement conversions through strong negotiation, salary structuring, and stakeholder alignment.
- Own end-to-end account outcomes and closure rates.
3. Relationship Management & Client Success
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all assigned key accounts.
- Conduct regular review meetings, share hiring insights, and maintain high engagement.
- Build deep partnerships with CHROs, Talent Heads, CTOs, HRBPs, and other decision-makers.
- Proactively identify account risks and implement retention strategies.
4. Data, Reporting & Process Excellence
- Maintain clean dashboards and deal pipelines using CRM tools & Google Sheets.
- Track leading and lagging indicators (revenue, placements, funnel metrics).
- Use AI tools and automations to streamline account monitoring and reporting.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly account performance reviews.
5. Market Intelligence, Branding & Representation
- Stay updated on hiring trends, industry requirements, and market shifts.
- Represent NxtWave at networking events, job fairs, corporate conclaves, and industry forums.
- Support the creation of case studies, testimonials, and thought leadership to enhance brand credibility.
Required Skills & Capabilities
- 1.5–5 years of proven experience in Key Account Management, B2B sales, corporate hiring, staffing, or enterprise partnerships.
- Strong revenue generation track record with clear achievements in target-driven roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with CXOs, VPs, HR Heads, Hiring Managers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, GSuite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for research, performance tracking, outreach automation, and pitch development.

Working Days: 6 days/week (1st & 3rd Saturdays off)
