We are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager - Ecommerce to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our key e-commerce accounts, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce accounts
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Analyze account performance metrics and prepare reports for management
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitor activities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Lead presentations and product demonstrations to key accounts
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in account management or related field
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
