Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the P&L for the assigned channels, ensuring defined targets and margins are
consistently achieved & exceeded
- Develop strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, and nurture long-term relationships with
marketplace contacts for business growth
- Conduct regular sales and financial performance analysis, preparing detailed reports and forecasts
to inform strategy.
- Coordinate closely with merchandising, marketing, logistics teams to optimize assortment,
inventory, and promotional strategies.
- Implement data-driven business development initiatives for new product launches, improved
catalog optimization, and enhanced brand visibility.
- Recommend and execute targeted advertising and organic initiatives to deliver sales goals and
grow market share.
- Continuously analyze competitive landscape, customer needs, and market trends to identify
expansion opportunities and risk areas.
- Ensure positive customer experience while delivering operational excellence and process
improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years experience in e-commerce account management with direct P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record of relationship management, contract negotiation, and sales growth.
- Expertise in data analysis, sales strategy, CRM platforms, and marketplace operations.
- Strong communication skills; collaborative mindset.
