Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs. The role also involves identifying business opportunities, developing detailed business plans, analyzing client needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include collaborating cross-functionally with teams to align client goals with company objectives and drive mutually beneficial outcomes. Total work experience( 4-8 years). Its a mid career position.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Account Management and working with Key Accounts to drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and offer actionable insights to optimize account performance
  • Experience in Business Planning to develop strategic approaches aligned with company goals
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure a superior customer experience
  • Relevant education or certifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Experience in working within e-commerce or digital marketing industries is a plus.
