Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) Sales Manager/KAM. The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and acquiring new B2B customers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing HoReCa clients
  • Designing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
  • The role also involves market analysis, competitor monitoring, and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of key clients.

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years if proven sales skills, customer relationship management, and negotiation expertise
  • Comprehensive understanding of the HoReCa market, including trends, stakeholder needs, and competitive landscape
  • Strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Strategic thinking with the ability to execute actionable sales plans and meet targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and basic business software
  • Previous experience in the hospitality, food distribution, or related industries is a strong advantage
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to handle a dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
