Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Kochi for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing relationships with key accounts, developing and executing business plans, analyzing market trends, and ensuring superior customer service. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs, and maintaining long-term partnerships to achieve revenue targets and strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Account Management and handling Key Accounts, with a focus on developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills to identify opportunities, build strategies, and achieve sales targets
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred)
