Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own post-sales client relationships and delivery execution.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and adoption of analytics/MarTech frameworks.
  • Monitor client health, KPIs, and proactively manage risks.
  • Translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal data, analytics, and tech teams.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and value-add initiatives.
  • Maintain structured documentation and success plans.

Requirements

  • 46 years in CSM, KAM, Delivery, or Consulting (analytics/MarTech preferred).
  • Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, tracking fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
  • Experience in CLM, funnels, and marketing automation is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
