Job Description :

Havas CSA is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with strong MarTech and analytics delivery expertise to lead end-to-end project execution and drive client success. The role involves managing digital analytics engagements, overseeing GTM implementations, building dashboards, analyzing funnels and CLM journeys, and executing data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary client partner, ensuring seamless delivery, strategic impact, and high-quality outcomes across all engagements.

Responsibilities:

Own post-sales client relationships and delivery execution.

Lead onboarding, training, and adoption of analytics/MarTechframeworks.

Monitor client health, KPIs, and proactively manage risks.

Translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

Collaborate with internal data, analytics, and tech teams.

Identifyupsell/cross-sell opportunities and value-add initiatives.

Maintain structured documentation and success plans.

Requirements:

4-6years inCSM, KAM, Delivery, or Consulting(analytics/MarTechpreferred).

Strong understanding ofGA4, GTM, tracking fundamentals.

Knowledge of dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).

Experience inCLM, funnels, and marketing automationis a plus.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
