Crystal Life is an established consumer goods brand operating in everyday essentials such as garbage bags, zip lock bags, aluminum foil, kitchen hygiene products, food storage, compostable bags, microfiber wipes, baking paper, butter paper and related household utility categories. The brand is entering a new phase of growth and transformation. The goal is to build Crystal Life into a modern, trusted, D2C-first consumer brand with strong visibility across digital platforms, quick commerce, marketplaces and offline retail.

Role Description

  • Provide support required with regards to any existing/new product sold to sellers and being delivered at the warehouse
  • To ensure that these new products meet the necessary storage and other system parameters
  • To resolve any discrepancies with respect to POs issuance, delivery
  • To check if POs are received by the correct brand POC
  • To provide weekly visibility of fill rates across locations and items to the brand's senior management
  • To help align inventory for return of items under Return-to-vendor and sale-or-return clause across different locations
  • To share data with regards to stock-in-hand in the warehouse
  • To share data with regards to open PO quantity for each warehouse and SKU level
  • To provide services as and when agreed between all the parties

Qualifications

  • Proven 4-8 years experience in Ecommerce/Quick Commerce Account Management and building strong client relationships
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
  • Competence in handling Key Accounts with a proactive and client-focused approach
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred
