Job Overview:

  • As a Key Account Manager - Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for managing key corporate clients while also exploring and securing new business opportunities in the Bangalore region.
  • Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, establish strong client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of Ferns N Petals market presence

Job Details:

  • New Business Acquisition:Identify and target potential clients in the corporate sector, pitch FNPs products and services, and convert leads into valuable accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, upselling and cross-selling where relevant to maximize business opportunities.
  • Market Research and Analysis:Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business prospects and provide strategic insights to the management.
  • Proposal Development:Make compelling and customized proposals for clients, showcasing FNPs range of products and services that align with their business requirements.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and forecast sales figures to aid in effective decision-making and planning.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Address client inquiries promptly, resolve any issues, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Product Development to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
