Location: BANGALORE

Experience: 5+ YEARS

Desired Competencies:

  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Addressing and resolving key clients complaints.
  • To ensure that the key clients are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Planning work schedules for individuals and teams.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients needs and requirements and preparing. customized solutions.
  • To prepare logs to ensure compliance with health and food service regulations.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and supervise business priorities.

Desired Profiles:

  • More than 5 years of experience in Hotel Industry
  • Excellent Communication.
  • Proven experience in key account management.
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • The ability to manage customers and business priorities.
  • Experience especially in the hospitality/aviation/hotels industry
  • Urgent joiners are preferred.
