Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) + MBA (Marketing preferred)

# About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of our capital equipment solutions (Packaging & Filling Machines) across key industry segments such as Dairy, Food & Beverages, and FMCG. The role demands strong market understanding, relationship management, and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

# Key Responsibilities

·        Drive regional sales strategy and achieve revenue targets for capital equipment.

·        Identify and develop new business opportunities across Dairy, F&B, and FMCG sectors.

·        Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.

·        Build strong relationships with decision-makers (Plant Heads, Procurement Heads, Promoters, Technical Teams).

·        Conduct techno-commercial discussions and deliver customized solutions to clients.

·        Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

·        Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, service) for seamless project execution.

·        Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.

# Key Requirements

·        5–8 years of experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in packaging, filling machines, or allied industries.

·        Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and industrial geography.

·        Established network and rapport with key industry stakeholders.

·        Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·        Techno-commercial acumen with the ability to handle complex sales cycles.
