Role Overview
The Account Manager (AM) will serve as the primary relationship owner for colleges enrolled in the CodeChef College Program. The AM acts as the strategic bridge between the college and CodeChef's internal teams, ensuring seamless onboarding, smooth program execution, stakeholder engagement, revenue scale-up, and long-term retention.
This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role requiring strong coordination skills, stakeholder management, execution rigor, and the ability to drive outcomes both externally and internally. Note on Travel: This role requires being on the move. Expect to spend 60-70% of your time traveling to college.
