Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Key Accounts function nationally/regionally to achieve sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop and execute long-term key account strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic accounts including large contractors, institutional clients, real estate groups, hospitality chains, and application partners.
  • Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and wallet share across both existing and new key accounts.
  • Promote the company's portfolio of sealants, adhesives, and construction chemical solutions through consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Understand customer needs and coordinate with technical teams to deliver appropriate solutions, product demonstrations, and on-site trials.
  • Lead commercial discussions including high-value negotiations, pricing structures, contracts, and long-term agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Technical, Finance, Marketing, and R&D teams to ensure efficient execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market movements to develop effective counter-strategies.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets, collections, margins, and overall profitability across key accounts.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-10 years of experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales, ideally managing large institutional or corporate accounts.
  • Industry-flexible, with strong potential from FMCG, Chemicals, Building Materials, Construction, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Industrial Products.
  • Must have managed high-value key accounts, complex clients, and multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Highly polished corporate presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Technical understanding of adhesives, sealants, construction chemicals, or building materials is an advantage (training will be provided).
  • Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with senior leadership.
  • Proficient in MS Office, sales reporting, and CRM tools willing to travel as required.
