Job Summary
The Vice President (VP) will provide strategic leadership and overall operational direction for the institution. The role is responsible for driving academic excellence, operational efficiency, business growth, admissions, sales, marketing, partnerships, and organizational development. The VP will supervise all major departments and ensure the institution achieves its vision, growth targets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
* Develop and implement institutional growth strategies and expansion plans.* Lead long-term business planning, academic development, and operational excellence.* Support the President/Chairman in achieving organizational goals and vision.* Build strong industry, government, and international partnerships.
Operations Management
* Oversee daily operations across academics, admissions, administration, marketing, sales, HR, and student services.* Ensure smooth coordination between all departments.* Monitor institutional performance and operational KPIs.
Academic Oversight
* Supervise academic operations and maintain educational quality standards.* Coordinate with academic teams for curriculum enhancement and program development.* Ensure compliance with university and regulatory standards.
Sales & Marketing
* Lead admissions growth strategies and student enrollment targets.* Supervise branding, digital marketing, business development, and promotional campaigns.* Build institutional reputation nationally and internationally.
Financial & Business Development
* Support budgeting, revenue growth, and financial planning initiatives.* Identify new business opportunities, collaborations, and partnerships.* Improve profitability and institutional sustainability.
Team Leadership
* Lead senior management teams and department heads.* Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability and innovation.* Conduct leadership reviews, performance evaluations, and strategic meetings.
Compliance & Governance
* Ensure compliance with legal, educational, and organizational policies.* Maintain institutional ethics, quality assurance, and governance standards.
Qualifications
* Master's Degree or higher in Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field.* Minimum 8–15 years of leadership experience in education, university management, or corporate administration.* Strong experience in operations, academics, sales, marketing, and business development.* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
