We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Key Account Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with our most important clients. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and aligning client needs with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, marketing) to deliver exceptional service.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare and deliver strategic account plans and performance reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Monitor account health, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
