Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key client accounts by understanding their business needs and objectives.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and resolution of client issues.

Requirements
- Candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in key account management, client management, or sales roles.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills are required to maintain and grow accounts.
- Ability to understand client business objectives, identify solutions, and deliver value is essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills are necessary for working with multiple internal teams.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously is important.
- Basic understanding of reporting, CRM, and account management processes is required.
