Job Description

Job Title: National Key Accounts Manager – E-commerce (FMCG)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2–4 years in e-commerce/key accounts
  • Experience handling national-level e-commerce accounts preferred

Location: Corporate Office (Ahmedabad)

Role Summary:

The National Key Accounts Manager – E-commerce will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key online marketplaces and e-commerce partners. The role focuses on driving sales, visibility, and profitability across digital platforms while aligning with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with key e-commerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, etc.)
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across all online platforms
  • Plan and execute joint business plans (JBP) with e-commerce partners
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility to maximize online sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) for seamless execution
  • Manage trade spends, promotional budgets, and ROI tracking
  • Ensure availability of products, inventory planning, and demand forecasting
  • Drive new product launches and digital campaigns on e-commerce platforms
  • Resolve operational issues related to orders, returns, and logistics

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data and performance metrics
  • Strong business acumen and commercial understanding
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Result-oriented with a focus on execution and growth
