Job Title: National Key Accounts Manager – E-commerce (FMCG)
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2–4 years in e-commerce/key accounts
- Experience handling national-level e-commerce accounts preferred
Location: Corporate Office (Ahmedabad)
Role Summary:
The National Key Accounts Manager – E-commerce will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key online marketplaces and e-commerce partners. The role focuses on driving sales, visibility, and profitability across digital platforms while aligning with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with key e-commerce accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, etc.)
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across all online platforms
- Plan and execute joint business plans (JBP) with e-commerce partners
- Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility to maximize online sales
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) for seamless execution
- Manage trade spends, promotional budgets, and ROI tracking
- Ensure availability of products, inventory planning, and demand forecasting
- Drive new product launches and digital campaigns on e-commerce platforms
- Resolve operational issues related to orders, returns, and logistics
