Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager – Cloud (AWS) to drive revenue growth, manage strategic accounts, and accelerate AWS cloud adoption. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B cloud sales, client relationship management, and a consultative selling approach.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders across prospective and existing client organizations.
Identify and drive opportunities for AWS cloud adoption across multiple industries.
Collaborate with internal technical and pre-sales teams to design and propose customized AWS cloud solutions aligned with client requirements.
Work closely with AWS Account Managers to strengthen partnerships, enable co-selling, and identify joint business opportunities.
Stay updated on AWS offerings, programs, and funding opportunities to maximize customer value.
Manage and nurture existing accounts to drive retention, expansion, and long-term partnerships. Lead client presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to effectively communicate AWS value propositions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, especially in manufacturing and healthcare sectors.
Maintain accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, or cloud/IT services.
Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and solutions.
AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer) will be an added advantage.
Experience working with manufacturing and/or healthcare clients is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Highly result-driven with a strong focus on business growth and customer success.
