The Key Account Manager (KAM) will work closely with existing customers in a consultative sales role to identify upselling opportunities and drive expansion growth. This role involves independently managing assigned accounts while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop long-term strategies and targeted campaigns. The KAM will strengthen customer relationships through diverse engagement methods, including marketing initiatives, calls, emails, proposals, roadmaps, and on-site visits as required.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within existing accounts through outbound prospecting.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to manage customer relationships and activities.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer data in contact management systems.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase product adoption and usage.
- Launch and support new programs, campaigns, messages, and offerings.
- Troubleshoot client issues and collaborate with relevant AmpleLogic teams to ensure resolution.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between customers and internal teams.
- Actively engage with inbound prospects to drive sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase value and capabilities.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager/Customer Success Manager or relevant roles.
- Strong expertise in client account management and handling B2B SaaS clients.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships across all organizational levels.
