Job Title: Key Account Manager (HORECA / Food Packaging)
Job Location: Mahim, Mumbai and Navi Mumbai (on field)
Salary: Rs. 5.0 to 7.0 LPA
Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing high-value customer accounts and a strong background in field sales. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing key customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
Principal Accountabilities
Customer Relationship & Account Management
- Manage and nurture relationships with high-value customers to ensure needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Drive customer retention through proactive service, issue resolution, and regular engagement.
- Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial long-term agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Sales & Growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales and market share within assigned accounts.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Drive field sales activities, conduct regular customer visits, and ensure timely collections and target achievement.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare concise reports on account status, sales forecasts, and key performance metrics for senior management.
Collaboration & Process
- Work closely with product development, warehouse, marketing, collections, and accounts to resolve issues and implement account-specific initiatives.
- Ensure effective handover and alignment between sales and support teams for smooth order fulfilment and billing.

Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of managing high-value customer accounts.
- Strong field sales experience, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
