Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Key Account Manager to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for key clients, responsible for managing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with assigned key clients.
• Understand client objectives and challenges to deliver customized digital marketing solutions.
• Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within client accounts.
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate when needed to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Should have experience in an advertising agency.
• Should have worked on multiple social media campaigns.
