About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Executive – OEM to support and manage key customer accounts while ensuring smooth execution across the complete order lifecycle — from enquiry to dispatch, including returns.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with assigned OEM accounts and act as a key point of contact
- Track complete order lifecycle: enquiry → quotation → order → production → dispatch
- Follow up on approvals, samples, drawings, and dispatch timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams: Costing, PPC, Design, Purchase, Production, Quality & Dispatch
- Ensure timely execution and escalate delays when required
- Maintain MIS for enquiries, orders, dispatch, and payments
- Communicate order status and handle customer queries professionally
- Follow SOPs and maintain proper documentation and records
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in OEM coordination / manufacturing / sales support roles
- Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and order execution processes
- Techno-commercial exposure to electrical / industrial products preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting
- Strong communication, coordination, and proactive approach
