Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive for a full-time on-site position at our Rajkot location. The role will involve managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Senior Account Executive will also collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports
• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation
• Monitor accounts payable & receivable
• Assist in monthly and annual closing
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance
• Maintain proper documentation and records 

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Expert in Miracle, Tally Prime, Advanced MS Excel, and GST/Income Tax portals.
• Industry Experience: 4–5 years of solid experience, preferably in Manufacturing, Textile, or Plastic Recycling.
• Education: B.Com / M.Com (Inter-CA is a plus).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication for vendor negotiation and team coordination.
