Assists: KAM in handling account portfolio
Role Overview:
- Omnichannel focus, combining Modern Trade & E-commerce, with emphasis on e-commerce capability.
- Requires strong customer relations skills and maintaining positive working relationships with counterparts.
- Process-oriented with high discipline and adherence to timelines.
- Strong business understanding necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the right mix and activation with customers by planning promotions and investments alongside KAM and CMM.
- Ensure smooth and aligned operations to support business growth via a strong supply chain.
- Maintain stock levels, ensure supply fills, and manage firefighting concerns.
- Forecast business and plan stock supplies to ensure continuity.
- Interact constantly with customers to understand business plans and create supply estimates.
- Have a thorough understanding of e-commerce workings, path to purchase, and category management.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to handle unstable customers and establish Ways-of-Working dynamically.
- Innovate activation solutions and stay aware of global retail trends.
- Understand channels driving traffic on e-commerce portals and shopper funnel metrics.
- Be a strong team player collaborating with both e-commerce and Modern Trade teams.
- Manage accounting and claim settlements for clean accounting.
- Use a data-centric approach, leveraging data and insights to drive business decisions.
- Handle performance marketing, including ROAS calculation and impact analysis of online assets.
